As the North American gambling market has continued to flourish, the standards of the products and services that are being developed have proven to be exceptional. The judging panel, which will consist of independent jurors, will no doubt face an uphill task when determining the winners in each of the categories.

Unlike most other gaming awards that primarily focus on recognizing high-tech innovations and commercial performance, the SBC Awards also emphasize the people in the gaming industry. That’s why it created the leader and employer of the year categories. The Awards will be the culmination of a week-long event that will be held in both New Jersey and New York.

In the days leading up to the awards ceremony, professionals from the global gambling community will convene for the SBC Summit conference and tradeshow. The tradeshow will be aptly held in New Jersey, which is the largest and most lucrative sports betting and iGaming market in the region. This year’s summit will be the 3rd iteration of the event and it will see every major operator in North America gather to learn and exchange new ideas.

The SBC Awards has also organized a Player Protection Symposium, which will focus on discussing player protection measures in the industry. As legal iGaming continues to grow in the region, the player protection symposium is aimed at bringing top executives together so they can share their knowledge and work together to implement responsible gambling strategies.

Those who will take part in the Player Protection Symposium include representatives from some of the most established gambling companies, members of professional sports leagues and teams, state regulators, and the media. The event has invited several speakers from the US, Canada, and Europe to facilitate the learning sessions.

Another event that will be worth looking forward to is the iGaming and sports betting training seminar. During this training seminar, the attendees will get an opportunity to learn from some of the best gambling operators and regulators in a 4-hour training session. The session will seek to teach learners the fundamentals of how to start and operate a successful sportsbook and iGaming business so that they can apply what they learn in their places or work.

Finally, the sports betting hall of fame ceremony will recognize industry leaders that have contributed to the industry over their careers, thus helping to build a lasting legacy in gaming. This event recognizes players in gaming, both deceased and alive, that have made outstanding contributions to the prosperous sports wagering industry in North America.
